Public bug reported:

https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/proposed-
migration/resolute_outdate.txt is hard to use because it is full of
source packages that had an amd64v3 binary package published [copied
from amd64] but never actually built on that architecture. I'm surprised
that these packages are showing on every architecture instead of only
for amd64v3.

I think we are better off removing the NBS amd64v3 binary packages, but
I don't know what impact that has for people who used amd64v3 with
Ubuntu 25.10.

Other Info
==========
- I think there are only 2 in main, john LP: #2137084 and gf-complete LP:
#1976268.
- I think most of the ones in universe wouldn't have FTBFS bugs filed yet. If
there were bugs filed, they should be linked from
http://qa.ubuntuwire.org/ftbfs/
- Some of these packages were mentioned on LP: #2141592 but that bug is closed
now
