** Description changed: Due to the upload sequence, src:spfft was compiled immediately preceding the ROCm binary updates. Consequently, the current spfft binaries retain a dependency on the older libamdhip64-6 (6.4.3-4) rather than the newly introduced libamdhip64-7 (>= 7.1.0~). A no-change rebuild is mandatory to update the soname linkage and complete the ongoing ROCm transition.
