@Henrique: Kernel 6.5 has been unsupported for years. The Nvidia 390
driver was removed ( bug 2035189 ) before kernel 6.8 was released in
Ubuntu 22.04

If you want to use Nvidia 390 with Ubuntu 22.04, you will have to use
kernel 5.15.x (or find some way to patch/build it yourself t o use with
6.8). Ubuntu isn't going to fix it.
