Hello,
During our tests on gfx1151, we saw this failure:
```
/usr/libexec/rocm/librocprim-tests/test_linking: error while loading shared
libraries: libtest_linking_lib1.so: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory
```
It is just a test failure and happening because our mistake regarding
misuse of RPATH.
The fix for this will/should only affect the tests not the behaviour for
other use cases.
Would you grant an exception for this?
