Hmm. But Brasero does Data CD burning, Audio CD burning, CD copying and
CD Image burning. So when you add Brasero to Ubuntu default, why remove
the existing Audio CD burner (serpentine) but leave in the existing data
and image burners and CD copier (all built-in to nautilus)? Now there
are two ways to do every kind of CD burning except audio. Surely you're
going to create confusion?

If Brasero is to be used, it might make more sense to chop out or bypass
the various kinds CD burning built-in to nautilus and use brasero for
everything.
