Ubuntu does not provide the gcc-mingw-w64-ucrt64 and
g++-mingw-w64-ucrt64 packages, which contain the C and C++ compilers
supporting cross-compiling to 64-bit MinGW-w64 targets with the
Universal C Runtime (UCRT).
