** No longer affects: wstroke (Ubuntu)

** Description changed:

wlroots is stuck in resolute-proposed. According to https://ubuntu-
  archive-team.ubuntu.com/transitions/html/auto-wlroots.html, this is
because this transition also includes libwlroots-0.18-dev to
libwlroots-0.19-dev and -dev packages are in Section: libdevel instead
of libs or oldlibs. ("libs" only transitions are allowed to "smooth"
  migrate early.)

This is a major API bump and some packages are not ready. They have all
  been removed from Debian Testing.

Please remove the packages from the next 2 sections from resolute
release. cambalache is already stuck in resolute-proposed and will build
  once casilda is fixed.

I recommend that we ignore reverse recommends for this.
