Did anyone see the Rust port of this library https://github.com/sdroege/ebur128
?
It appears better maintained and provides a C API for compatibility.
I am not sure how annoying that would be to package, and whether going through
another MIR review would be worth it. Just asking :-)
If that's a bad suggestion, I'll take over the wheel and look at fixing
the build time tests.
