Hi, Attempting to refresh this unsolved bug (as a non-developer) since I experience the same issue with Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS (Linux 6.14.0-33-generic // Gnome 46).
Like @fred-thomas-5of9au84, I went from Linux Mint (which I couldn't make it work) to Ubuntu and landed with the same problem.
