Public bug reported:

Since I've upgraded to Ubuntu 25.04 my computer (Intel NUC10I7FNH) stays
powered on after shutting down Ubuntu. The display goes idle, but the
NUC power led and fan are still active. To power it off completely the
power supply has to be disconnected. This is also the case with
rebooting.

I've updated and reset the BIOS, but the problem persists.

I'm considering going back to Ubuntu 24.04, but would be nice if this
could be fixed.
