that caused a failed verification of 2.37.0-0ubuntu2.1 (LP: #2103414).
* Move stage3*.* boot-loader files in d/s390-tools-data.install from
pvimg/boot folder on up to pvimg, otherwise pvimg cannot find them
(LP: #2118762).

* Add d/p/lp-2103414-libutil-Add-machine-type-definition-for-z17.patch to
achieve support for IBM z17 hw specific CPU-MF counters (LP: #2103414).
* Add d/p/lp-2078347-udev-Introduce-rule-to-set-newly-hotplugged-CPUs.patch
that fixes CPUs from staying offline (LP: #2078347).
