Public bug reported:
6.15 made changes to fs/namespace.c:dissolve_on_fput, which changed some
of the semantics of the move_mount syscall in combination with
open_tree. While this change could be described as a bugfix, it broke
our (arguably buggy) disconnected_mount_complain regression test.
