Public bug reported:
In deja-dup we temporarily dropped the dependency on duplicity, but this
lead on duplicity being moved back to universe.
Now, to fix bug #2120709 we are setting back the dependency, but this is
not possible anymore.
Migration status for deja-dup (49~alpha-2ubuntu1 to 49~beta-1ubuntu1):
