@Erich: Those are the only 6 files I had in that directory here on
Debian sid. If you delete them and install mesa-vulkan-drivers:i386,
then you only end up with json files pointing to the 32-bit Vulkan libs
and it did indeed break my Vulkan here (using Radeon GPU). Are you sure
that it didn't break your Intel Vulkan and programs were using the
Nvidia Vulkan implementation?

And while you may not have been asking for help, I offered my workaround
to anyone who wants a working system now and doesn't want to wait for
the package fix. I have been using Ubuntu/Debian for over 20 years,
worked in bug triage, and I know the difference between a bug report and
a support request. I don't need a lecture. Thanks.
