Right, so it seems you don't have `kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0` in the kernel 
command line as of now.
Could you try adding that parameter (editing /etc/default/grub, appending 
kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0 to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, saving the file, 
running `update-grub`, and rebooting)? And then, after making sure you have 
`kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0` showing in /proc/cmdline, follow what the suggested 
error message shows and let us know if anything changes.
