Public bug reported:

When installing the obs-studio package via apt, the VLC media player and
its plugins are pulled in as dependencies. However, OBS Studio does not
require VLC to function. The application launches and works correctly
without VLC installed, which indicates that this dependency is
incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:

1 Run: sudo apt install obs-studio
2 Notice that vlc and its libraries are installed along with OBS Studio.

Actual result:
OBS Studio is installed together with VLC and many of its dependencies

Expected result:
OBS Studio should be installed without VLC, since it does not depend on it. VLC
should be moved to Recommends at most, or removed completely from the
dependency list.
