I have same hardware with latest BIOS. Running Arch based Endeavour OS.
Kernel 6.16.3-arch1-1 ATM.

I still have this annoying bug. Thought it was gone, but obviously I
didn't unplug while in suspend that often. But the last days I worked
more away from desk and needed to unplug when suspended and irregularily
(every 5th time may be) the CPU is stuck in low states 544MHz.
