This is indeed an interaction of qemu emulating arm64 on armhf -
confirmed by upstream that they need to have a look and fix in
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2025-08/msg03070.html but
also that this is such an uncommon combination that they would not want
to rush the fix or delay the release of 10.1.
Hence we will need to hint the test in Ubuntu for now to unblock this.
