Both commits:
- "s390/pci: Refactor arch_setup_msi_irqs()" (with hash 24cedcb91555) and
- "s390/pci: Allow allocation of more than 1 MSI interrupt" (with hash
b1786cafd79f)
are already included in noble/24.04 master-next.
The tags show that they are included in Ubuntu kernel "Ubuntu-6.8.0-50.51" (and
newer).

The current kernel in noble/24.04 is:
linux-generic | 6.8.0-78.78 | noble-updates | amd64, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, s390x
hence the requested commits are already rolled out.

Just notice that noble/24.04 was initially released with kernel
linux-generic | 6.8.0-31.31 | noble | amd64, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, s390x
which obviously does not incl. the two commits.
But since the two commits were upstream tagged as fixes (and upstream stable
updates?), they were already added as part of LP bug "Noble update: upstream
stable patchset 2024-09-30", https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2083196
Hence with a updated Ubuntu 24.04 environment (after apt update && apt
full-upgrade) a kernel that incl. the patches will be installed.

Hence I'm updating this ticket to Fix Released.
