Public bug reported:
There may be a minor bug within the upgrader. I have tried several times
with differing reasons for failure. The bug report wasn't sent using the
"Wayland windowing System" for unknown reasons. Using the "Plazma (X11)"
Windowing System (GUI) has allowed the report to be sent. I'll SEarch
for possible bugs in WAyland.
