Public bug reported:

ISO testing Lubuntu 20250822, BIOS system (probably not relevant). Old
Acer TravelMate 4740. Has done many installations successfully.

On selecting "Install Lubuntu", ethernet1 is shown as connected, and
wifi is available.

But on clicking "next", the installer tries to download some files and
fails with a message that internet isn't available.

Exited installer and opened a terminal. Was able to ping several IP
addresses, including my own router, but names would not resolve.

Editing /etc/systemd/resolved.conf and setting Stub DNS to "no" (and
restarting systemd-resolved) fixed the problem and install was able to
proceed. But this is the first time I've ever needed to do this when ISO
testing.

Ran apport-bug systemd-resolved (which may or may not be the right
package). Output is attached.

Tried running the ISO file in a QEMU/KVM VM. DNS resolution doesn't work
there either.
