The packages associated with this bug report will require a feature
freeze exception meet the various upstream OpenStack Flamingo
milestones:
Milestone 3 - August 29
RC1 - September 12
Final Release - October 3
This conflicts with the Ubuntu feature freeze timeline so an exception
will be required to upload these packages ensuring OpenStack Flamingo
will be available to users and all packages will be compatible with
Ubuntu Questing.
