Your Nvidia driver doesn't seem to be the one that was officially
released for Ubuntu 25.10. It should be version 580.65.06-0ubuntu3 so
please update to the supported version that was actually released to
25.10:

  sudo apt update
  sudo apt full-upgrade

and reboot.

You also have traces of old 550 and 570 drivers installed so I think
there's a risk you have accumulated some upgrade bugs where the wrong
packages are installed. If you want to test 25.10 then I would recommend
installing it from scratch. If you want a stable system then please use
25.04. If you want long term support and a stable system then use 24.04.

In the cases where the login screen failed to display, I see this
logged:

d’ag. 20 07:26:06 nou unix_chkpwd[7225]: could not obtain user info
(gdm-greeter)

so maybe you have autologin enabled? If so then please disable that in
/etc/gdm3/custom.conf

As for the message you mention:

nouveau cannot find any crtc or sizes

That doesn't seem to appear in the logs provided, but it's just saying
there are no displays wired directly to the Nvidia GPU, which is correct
for a laptop. Please use the Nvidia driver instead but only install
Nvidia drivers using the 'Additional Drivers' app.
