Public bug reported:

Upon installation, the package does not create the /etc/sanoid
directory, nor does it install a default /etc/sanoid/sanoid.conf or
/etc/sanoid/sanoid.defaults.conf that are required. The files are
available on the github page. The package should create the /etc/sanoid
directory and provide the default conf files.
