Public bug reported:

I read the details of the bug report that popped up on my screen, but it
did not mean much to me except that it looked like an Nvidia failed to
install/upgrade properly.

Apparently the fault happened during the night. All was well last
night, and when I opened the computer this morning I saw the "Ubuntu
experienced an error . . ." message.
