Only the rust bindings (debian/missing-sources/lcms2-sys) and
abstractions (debian/missing-sources/lcms2) are vendored. After
compilation, loupe is linked against the system version of the C libray
lcms2.

$ ldd /usr/bin/loupe | grep lcms2
        liblcms2.so.2 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/liblcms2.so.2

$ apt depends loupe
loupe
