I have opened sudo-rs#1245 with some additional context and a request
for implementation. (To be clear; my involvement with sudo-rs is as an
individual contributor, not a Canonical employee).

I'm wondering if `Defaults !requiretty` is really needed here; the
documented default is false (IIUC same behavior as `!requiretty`) [2].
We don't appear to modify the default [3].
