It is a general requirement for SRUs that all later supported ubuntu
releases also get the same fix. This is specifically important for SRUs
that enable new hardware.

In this particular case, if we SRU this to noble but not plucky, noble
users who upgrade to plucky won't be able to update the firmware on this
particular dell dock, is that correct? It would be a regression for
these users.
