Commit 3cd03ea57e8e became upstream accepted with kernel v6.12 (rc4).
Hence questing (currently on 6.15, but planned to ship 6.17)
and well as plucky (6.14) are not affected.
So seems (from an upstream point of view) that only noble (6.8.0) and jammy 
(5.15.0) need to be addressed.

BUT the commit is already included in noble as:
05ac368c472f "s390/pci: Handle PCI error codes other than 0x3a" (probably via 
upstream stable),
but is definitely missing in jammy.

Hence only jammy is affected - adding the series accordingly...
