Public bug reported:
It would be nice to run the tests/cli.rs integration tests in
autopkgtest against the installed 3cpio.
Problems to solve:
* tests/cli.rs uses threecpio::temp_dir::TempDir. So the threecpio library
should be made available.
* I do not know how to run the tests out of tree.
Idea:
```
cp -r tests $outoftree
cd $outoftree
$compile_and_run tests/cli.rs
```
