Hi,
i find somewhat confusing that the "common arguments" (the ones showed with
--help) are not present in the man pages, ther is a "See also: Arguments common
to all tools." reference in the page but wthout any other info, perhaps at
least should link to
https://csvkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/common_arguments.html?
(sorry if i'm missing sth)
