On 6.14.0-27-generic, `sudo modprobe -v rtw89_8852ce` returned "Module not found", while it worked fine on 6.14.0-24-generic.
USB tethering was also not working on -27, so I had no quick way to get network access. Manually installing the driver via DKMS fixed Wi-Fi, confirming the module was missing in the -27 kernel build. Apologies if this report was unnecessary — I created it before realizing that manually building the driver would solve the problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2119086 Title: [Regression] Realtek RTL8852CE Wi-Fi not working after kernel update to 6.14.0-27-generic To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2119086/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
