** Description changed:
[SRU Justfication]

[Impact]
Prior to the fix patches, the shm-sysv stressor fails intermittently on
all hardware configurations I tested.
[Fix]
Apply the following patches from upstream:
-
https://github.com/Mu-L/stress-ng/commit/fd5b8573061ba744208719a4978de61dbe10b98a

+
https://github.com/ColinIanKing/stress-ng/commit/a188465406c6cc029957d87f82e07d8e8ad5c502
[Test Case]
stress-ng --aggressive --verify --oom-avoid-bytes 10% --timeout 300
--shm-sysv 0
Expected behavior: Test passes consistently on working hardware
Actual behavior: Test fails intermittently with
stress-ng: fail: [850391] shm-sysv: shmat on NULL address failed on id
1536196937, (key=49670, size=36864), errno=22 (Invalid argument)
[Where problems could occur]
Regression risk should be minimal since these patches impact only a test
that has undefined / inconsistent behavior without them already
