Ubuntu since that time.
Ubuntu 13.04 (raring) reached end-of-life on January 27, 2014.
Ubuntu 12.10 (quantal) reached end-of-life on May 16, 2014.
Without an assigned package I doubt if anyone that could help was ever informed
of this bug report.
There have been almost 11 years of inactivity so I'm closing this as 'Invalid'.
