Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-standard-support on April 29, 2021.
Ubuntu 15.10 (wily) reached end-of-life on July 28, 2016.
These releases of Ubuntu are no longer receiving maintenance updates.
Without assigning a package as requested in comment #1 I doubt anyone
that could help was ever informed of this bug report.
