This hit a snag: version 81 won't build without tracefs support, even though the buildsystem still allows to disable it.
I filed an upstream issue[1] about it. The commit[2] that added tracefs to cxl/json.c did so unconditionally, without checking if tracefs support is enabled or not. We now either: a) get a fix so we can still build ndctl without tracefs; b) MIR tracefs; c) leave ndctl at the old version 1. https://github.com/pmem/ndctl/issues/289 2. https://github.com/pmem/ndctl/commit/9873123fce03175ef92ec5c097ef9511ae67526d ** Bug watch added: github.com/pmem/ndctl/issues #289 https://github.com/pmem/ndctl/issues/289 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2110453 Title: Merge ndctl from Debian Unstable for questing To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ndctl/+bug/2110453/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
