It seems your bsdutils deb actually contains ldap-utils. Was there
perhaps a disk corruption at some point?

This then throws up dpkg and leads to the error because we tell it

unpack bsdutils.deb
configure bsdutils

but since "bsdutils.deb" actually contains ldap-utils it then fails to
configure `bsdutils` because it already is configured / has not been
upgraded.
