This error is caused by wacom-dkms package and is not a bug in Ubuntu or the
kernel.
wacom-dkms is not a package provided by Ubuntu 24.04 as far as I can tell, so
I'm not sure where you got it. But you will need an updated version that is
compatible with kernel 6.14
