Public bug reported: This merge proposal patches the `ubuntu-insights` package with the upstream GitHub repository's version 0.3.0. A number of changes have been made to fix issues relating to the armhf builds and tests not being run correctly at build time. There are also some additional minor fixes and cleanup changes, plus a fix to an earlier changelog entry.
