Kernel 6.14.0-24-generic arrived 17 July 2025 via normal update process. Keen to continue my own investigation, I disabled TPM and Secure Boot. Bluetooth available and working on first boot.
Lo and behold, bluetooth was also available on restart. One week later (24 July 2025), with TPM and Secure Boot still disabled, I have suspended, rebooted and restarted multiple times; bluetooth is always available.
