Thank you for the quick reply. For now I've added apparmor.audit=quiet to the kernel command line, which seems to have done the trick. Should such spammy log profiles be reported here, possibly as separate issues? I think transmission-gtk was the source for many of the messages, but I also think that eg every sudo call is also being logged, which seems like overkill.
