Public bug reported: Per this Ask Ubuntu Q&A, when specifying "monospace" (including quotes) as the font-family in Firefox, the base font is set to Noto Color Emoji. This results in sparse and wide characters, and normal digits replaced with emoji digits.
I set this bug's package based on the asker's comment that holding back the `kubuntu-settings-desktop` package resolved the issue.
