When filing bugs about autopkgtest failures, please link to an example
log file, or at least specify the version (and triggers if relevant).
The current failure logs do not match the log output you've listed, but
rather indicate an instance of LP: #2116119
The Permission denied test errors related to home directories sounds
like a recent apparmor issue which I believe has been fixed.
