I can grab the .ddeb from
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/shotwell-
dbgsym_0.30.14-1ubuntu6_amd64.ddeb as a workaround.

I tried to browse http://ddebs.ubuntu.com but I ran into a http -->
https --> http redirect spiral and the browser gives up.

I managed to "navigate" using curl but when trying to get the Packages
file the server reports 404, unless I'm doing it incorrectly.

$ curl -s http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/jammy-updates/InRelease

This sometimes works, sometimes I'm told to use
http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/jammy-updates/InRelease/ and the same
occurs on that URL (back to InRelease with no closing /).

curl -s
http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/jammy-updates/InRelease/main/binary-amd64/Packages.xz
curl -s
http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/jammy-updates/InRelease/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz
curl -s
http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/jammy-updates/InRelease/main/binary-amd64/Packages

All 404.

$ apt-cache policy shotwell-dbgsym
shotwell-dbgsym:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 0.30.14-1ubuntu5
  Version table:
     0.30.14-1ubuntu5 500
        500 http://ddebs.ubuntu.com jammy/main amd64 Packages
