Public bug reported:

Ubuntu(0.3-3.1ubuntu2) is currently carrying diff in d/control regarding
dependency hardcoding, which Debian adopts. (Debian #1067936)
```
libgsecuredelete (0.3-3.2) unstable; urgency=medium
  * Non-maintainer upload
  * Drop explicit Depends: libglib2.0-0 (Closes: #1067936)
  * Drop non-existing Homepage
```

In this case, there is no need for the diff we carry. We should sync
libgsecuredelete rather than merge with the latest Debian unstable
version (0.3-3.2)

I have uploaded this package for testing here:
https://launchpad.net/~0xnishit/+archive/ubuntu/devel-packages-ppa

** Affects: libgsecuredelete (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
