Actually, since stable/2024.1 was patched during RC before the 2024.1
coordinated release, the only releases which were at one time vulnerable
are no longer maintained upstream (2023.2 is end of life, 2023.1 SLURP
and older pre-SLURP releases are unmaintained). That makes this a bit
more complicated if we do decide to issue an advisory.
