Argh, dovecot 2.4.1 is held up in proposed. Looks like it was due to an
autopkgtest failure on interimap which has since been resolved (LP:
#2059180), but given it's a merge it really should be published before
we push anything on top of this.

Okay, that means I'm not going to have time to deal with all this during
this patch pilot shift, so here's what I'll do instead:

1. Untag update-excuse on LP: #2059180 -- hopefully that should allow
the dovecot merge in questing to migrate (update-excuses reckons it's a
candidate otherwise)

2. Push my branch with what I *think* the questing upload should look
like to

fix-questing -- another patch pilot should be able to upload that once
the questing merge migrates
