Public bug reported:

I'm on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS.

Yesterday, I updated the system and after a reboot, the wifi, bluetooth and the
external monitor stopped working.
The culprit is the kernel Ubuntu 6.14.0-24.24~24.04.3-generic 6.14.6

Wifi and bluetooth are no longer available in the start menu (top left
part) nor in the settings.

I looked online, but haven't found any help. I ran lshw -C network where
"*-network UNCLAIMED" would show up. Noticed the new kernel version so
decided to boot with an older kernel version, which in my case is Ubuntu
6.11.0-29.29~24.04.1-generic 6.11.11

Upon rebooting into 6.11.0, the issues are no longer present

I join the outputs of the following commands in 6.11.0 and 6.14.0 :
lshw
lshw -C network
lspci -vnvn
cat /proc/version_signature

In particular, we see, thanks to the command "lshw -C network", that the
network is unclaimed in 6.14, while in 6.11 it is not the case
