That would be impractical with no guaranteed conclusions. The most useful thing to do here is to check if Ubuntu 25.04 (GNOME 48) exhibits the same problems. If not then we're just searching for other fixes that occurred between GNOME 46 and 48.
I'm also wondering how testing of version 3.50.4-0ubuntu3 failed here when the upstream developer is still very confident that they have fixed the original problem.
