I installed the package from `proposed` in a 24.04 system. Then I
removed the `Templates` folder and replaced it with a soft link to the
$HOME folder:
rm -rf Plantillas
ln -s . Plantillas
The desktop was rock solid. Also, did right-click on the desktop and
expanded the `New document` menu: it contained, as expected, all the
files in $HOME. No failure was detected. So this bug has been fixed in
Noble.
